Delivery was efficient. With no one home it was diverted for sage keeping until I could pick it up.

It does not work well. The notifications were late, the tracking was mediocre at best. It would say my chair is at X place but in reality, my chair was 30km away from the point shown on screen.

My husband got me one for my sewing room because I quilt and sit alot. I have nerve damage in my lower back and this chair has been a blessing. It enables me to sew for longer periods. I got hubby one for this Christmas for his office. Next year I plan to get another one for my other room downstairs. Highly recommend to all!!

Excellent chair, especially for tall people. Great ergo features for the price (4d armrests, really good lumbar support and awesome headrest pillow). First chair I've sat in that felt like it was built for someone my size (I am 6'5"). Like that it is not too over-the-top gaming, so that it can function as both gaming and home office chair. Super comfortable

Great Product The chair is great, due to covid-19 I have been working from home and my old chair was getting worse for my back as I need to be sitting for longer hours of the day. This chair is great and helps with my back and neck for the longer hours. Would recommend AndaSeat chairs as it is a great chair, the shipping as really fast.

Darknight Gaming Chair Amazing Chair And Quality!

Pretty good seat I'm a large man at about 6ft and 330lbs and it fits me comfortably. The seat itself could be slightly wider as I have noticed that the bucket style seat having the slanted sides is digging into my thighs more than expected. Arm rests could also stand to be adjusted higher by another 6 inches maybe to rest elbows on for myself and even taller people. Happy with the purchase overall

Almost perfect Amazing chair. My first gaming chair but I've sat in offices for 20 years on many comfortable chairs. This one is made very VERY solid. They hooked me with the Dark Knight name and color. So many adjustments on the armchair. I can play guitar on it! The only down side is the temperature. I'm not looking for this summer! It gets hot down there. Buy it.

Not a bad chair at all I'm pretty happy about this purchase. The chair is comfortable and has a great amount of adjustability. Strong points : - Harmrests that are large enough and that can be adjusted plenty even if there is not many notches/levels; - Lumbar support that is present and can be adjusted. Weak points : - Head/neck pillow that is so massive and hard that's not useful ergonomically, makes body curve forward instead of supporting it; - The pleather can be hot on long sittings, a mesh variant for aeration would be even better.

Great chair! I really like the support this chair gives met in the lumbar and seat/sides. I had to be a little creative for the neck support as I am long from the hips up. However, once I decided where I get the best support for my head and neck - awesome!

The price is right for something you're unlikely to need. I got the chair I ordered was delivered without issue. For the price of the insurance, I guess I felt more comfortable buying. Recommended.
