Best chair I've ever got so far! I'm a bigger guy about 240 lbs, so every other chair I've tried gets uncomfortable after about an hour, can sit in this almost all day! Armrests are quite cheap and poorly designed.. good thing I kept armrest from my dxracer XL chair. As seen in the picture they have better adjustability better angle is there a bit thicker and more cushiony. I guarantee this company did not test this chair properly on big people.

Great chair so far... with one large set back... the chair arms dont come up high enough... they just use the same basic chair arm that they put on every chair they have...... if you are making a big and tall chair.. make big and tall arm rests... and i'm only 6ft.... imagine a 6ft 5 guy trying to use this...

This chair has some kind of an identity crisis. For a "big and tall chair", the base of the seat is incredibly uncomfortable. THe "wings" on the sides, you know, to "hold you in" I guess, from all the (G-Forces of sitting at your desk??) are not very wide, are poorly padded and stick into the bottoms of your thighs. I was sort of shocked that there is no adjustment of these things whatsoever. I really wanted to love the chair - but after giving it a few months, I will be taking advantage of the stores return policy to take it back, most likely to replace it with a kaiser series. I work from home and spend 8 hours sitting in thsi chair, and it just doesnt provide comfort, especially for a "big and tall" chair.
For context in case anyone reads this, I'm 6 foot 5 and weigh about 350. Chair is a major dissapointment. If you're not actually Big and or Tall, its a great chair.

Really wanted to love this chair, great material got it on a nice sale, comfy to sit in and the reclining works great. But the bolsters on the bottom seat cushion are not padded at all, they are just metal bars, you can not spread your legs at all, so for bigger people or just people who wanna manspread it's not great, may try the kaiser 3 xl when more colour's become available as it's reviews show soft cushion bolsters.

I first gave this chair a 1 star and felt I was a little harsh on it. So, I give it 4 stars and not 5 as it is advertised for bigger people and yet the seat is not built for more prominent sized people. It will fit more average sized persons as the sear has a bar on the edge that sticks up to cradle a person's buttocks but if you are to big, it will dig into your hips/ legs. This happened to me and there was no way I could fit and wouldn't be able to use the chair unless I added a significant amount of memory foam to the whole size of the chair. I spoke to Anda seats about the issue and they agreed to have it returned. I'm from BC and it wasn't cheap, hence the reason I write this is to warn the larger people to really consider buying a Kaiser 3 XL like I did. The chair in retrospect is built great and high quality but if you are like me, 6'3" tall and 280 and built like a defensive linebacker it's going to dig into your hips and or legs. If your smaller but still a fair size, it should fit you fine! Cheers!

I'm really disappointed and give it 1 star. The chair is built for larger people up to 7' tall and upwards of 400lbs. Although it only fits those with a small a$$. I'm 6'3" tall and weigh almost 280lbs and I sit in the chair and the seat has high rounded edges on the seat but there is NO cushion it's a metal bar and the faux leather covers it. This digs into my legs just below my hips and I can't stand sitting in the darn thing. If I keep it I'm going to have to install about 4" of dense memory foam so the bars in the seat don't dig into my legs. So, if your a bigger person looking to get a chair that can hold your weight and accommodate your larger body, don't waste your money as it's extremely uncomfortable. Those who fit the small section of the seat which is approximately only 16.5 inches between these bars are ok and are comfortable. Those who require a larger seat area that has cushioning from edge to edge, DONT BUY THIS CHAIR! I've basically sat in my new $500+ chair for 15 mins and can't stand it as it truly hurts due to the bars in the seat. The rest of the chair is comfortable but the most important aspects to any chair is the seat and this chair has been poorly designed. Now for me to send it back for an exchange is absolutely ludicrous and potentially $250 shipped. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS MODEL!

Terrible warranty. Lifetime warranty is bogus. I am 63 years old and this was a gift. Yes it was great in the first year but after that it lost its cushioning and became very uncomfortable on my arse.
I emailed the warranty department and sent them a receipt like they requested for proof of purchase. Now they want a video on the loss of cushioning. Well Anda seta can kiss my arse. They just lost a customer for that request. Totally unreasonable I.M.H.O.

The seat itself is super comfortable and very supportive. Was a bit of a pain to put together but later it was determined we got a bunk part. However, upon telling Andaseat that, they very helpfully sent us a replacement ASAP. Which has worked out great!
Altogether, seems like a great product but I do admit I’ve only had it a short while. Hopefully it says that way.

Find it a little low but it is build for the standard chair height . i did find 4 inch casters which is better. used to have problems sitting for more than 20 min, now it can be hours and i am still comfortable. Does not do much for the 260 part. I am not a gamer but this is great for my office chair. Did have an issue with an arm rest. contacted support and they responded fairly quickly and sent new part to replace. Very happy with chair, support and would recommend.

One of the most comfortable chairs I have ever had! the only issue I have, are the arms and how sloppy they are.. they get wear not in the mechanism that they swivel on but in the tube and barrel that they move up and down on. Other than that the chair is so comfortable I have been known to nap in it and feel great after :)

The chair is great! Well built and of good quality. My only complaint is the edges of the seat. I wasn't aware that there was a bar on the edges that build up the sides of the seat. I have thick thighs so it really digs in. I use a cushion to push me up a bit and relieve some of that pressure. It be better if it wasn't built ip on the sides

super comfortable, the width of the seat is good i dont feel stuck in an undersize seat and the back and head rest is just enough high to properly rest my head for a long period of time
the arms adjustment is good, BUT they "feel" a bit flimsy and to many time you will lose your left/right angle adjustment. not the end of the world, but still an issue.
every tall gamer deserve a gaming chair like that.

I have a lot of back issues and when everything else I try to do hurts, sitting in this chair is super comfy and helps my back get better faster compared to lying on a couch or sitting in a shitty seat. Most office chairs I sit in I have a hard time sitting properly and over time I have to shift but with this chair I don't find myself doing that stuff which is great.
On the down side, I just got a small 1 inch tear in the leather at the front of the seat where my legs put downward pressure. There's a small crease there and even through I treated the leather 2 months ago it still didn't seem to be enough. Not the end of the world and I've been working from home a lot so I do spend about 40 +hours in the chair each week but it sucks that it's only been 8 months and it already has some minor leather damage.
Overall, I would highly suggest this to anyone looking for great chair despite the start of what will likely be a lot of potential leather tears if this first one is any indication of what's to come.

Short term first impressions
This chair is outstanding! Quick background, Ive had 2 thorasic spinal fractures, 2 broken ribs that fractured in the front and back, a sheared tailbone and hip surgery recently, and despite this i can sit and study comfortably for hours now, just a slight sensitivity in back bottom 2 ribs likely because of my posture. IMO the pillows make this chair what it is despite all the features it comes with. I was concerned the pillows might not be that great given the shit kicking my bodies taken but they really are very comfortable. As an added bonus, if youve got a sports car with deep bolsters it fits great, at least in a Nismo 370z anyways! Dimension wise, im 5'6" and a slender 180lbs, fits great height is perfect, and lots of room on the seat width wise and maybe just slightly to long but thats more of a me problem as the wizard wasnt on sale. Id recommend to those with chronic back pain, hip pain. Ill check back and leave my feelings in about 6 months and again at 1 year but so far I am more than pleased with my purchase and feel that ive received considerable value for money spent. The Chair is really well built, and incredibly sturdy. Goes together easy. I'm a big guy and still this chair is rock solid. Usually when it comes to high end gaming chairs, my first thought was Secret Lab, but I've sat in the Titan and by comparison, this chair is where it's at by far. If you have back problems, this Chair is wonderful. The maker manufactures Race car chairs, turns out they make a great Gaming Chair too!

This seat will cause your butt to sweat, i guarantee it, but so does the fabric one that andaseat offers. That being said, that is the worst trait for these chairs. This is not built for someone short (I'm 5'6") I have to use a foot rest to be at the right height of this chair, but its comfy af. Arm rests are wide for someone with a bit more broader of shoulder, and base of seat is wide enough for myself or my partner.

I have been using this chair for over a month. It is strongly built with a metal frame. The cushioning is firm but I appreciate that. Absolutely no squeaking noise when moving around. I have been suffering for years using the traditional leather office chairs everyone buys. After searching the best option for office chairs , Gaming chairs kept coming up. Knowing little about them I did some research and after deciding this may be the chair to eleviate back pain for long sitting sessions I then started searching the best chair suppliers in Canada and guess who came up search after search.? Yup , anda. I never ever thought I would spend this kind of money on myself but so glad I did.
On Black Friday I purchased the Assassin King thinking I would go for a heavier weight rating than I would ever need because it must be built better right ? Well this chair did not disappoint. The first week I felt like I was sitting on a park bench as it felt stiff and wide but week after week it has loosened up a bit and as of today 04/23/21 I hate to get out of my chair. Covid working at home is a pleasure now and when the day ends I usually sit longer just searching personal interests on the computer. The only thing I am not happy with is me for not doing my homework years ago. Do Not think twice about buying an anda chair.

This is the most comfortable computer chair i have ever sat in. I am always concerned when I buy something online that I have not tested. Now that i have this chair, I must say it is worth every cent I paid for it. Assembly was easy and construction is firm. The head and lumbar pillows form perfectly to support my lower back and neck. I have sat in this chair for hours at a time and have not experienced back pain at all. I recommend this chair.

I am exactly a 100 Kgs rt now and I have used 2 chairs previously From a well known brand named after the thing used to attach two sheets of paper . Both of them became squeaky after a couple of months, gas pistons stopped working and I used to get back and but aches almost daily and various other problems.
Finally I shelled out and decided to search for a chair that can keep me comfortable for 8-10 hrs of daily working. There are other chairs that look like this and even better than this but I highly doubt that they are as Sturdy and functional as this. This one might not be as pretty and polished looking as other chairs but I can put my money on the bet that this will out last them all. It's like some one was FED up with chairs with more FROM than FUNCTION went in their garage with some STEEL piping, memory foam and PVC leather and made a chair.
Simple. STEEL, MEMORY FOAM and thick all black PVC leather.
Every thing impressed me in this the steel construction, solid feel of the mechanisms even the frickin wheels are awesome even on a loose carpet they roll smoothly.
You know every time we buy some item especially a chair, since the products are not custom made for our body and use there is always something that we wished in the product that would be different. I did not find that feeling in this product.
Only one thing I am pretty good with assembling these kind of furnitures but it took a little effort. I suggest Lying the back of the chair down while putting it together.
and when you grab the chair and pull it around the room the chair will always remind you that it is heavy.
Delivery took less than 48 hrs. even during Covid time.Exceptional...
Many people in their video reviews were wining about the packaging not being good enough seriously are you buying a Chair or a diamond necklace for ur wife.

This chair is the most comfortable chair I've owned my only small issue and it's just my personal opinion, the arm rests are a bit to hard and because of the concaved style of them it starts to hurt during long periods of use. The chair is large and the armrests are slightly to far apart so I can't put my arms in the optimal grooves. If the rests were convex then it would be no problem

Pro: Very satisfactory product, good ergonomic design. Very comfortable sitting position, excellent touch and appropriate softness. I still love this product after using it for several months, and Will always buy this brand in the future.
Con: 1. The right handrail cannot be completely adjusted to the lowest vertical height, so sometimes the left handrail will be lower than the right hand (if you make them all the lowest height) 2. If you're short, this chair probably isn't for you. (My wife and son don't enjoy it.)
Sum: If you're looking for a comfortable seat and an advanced experience, this chair is worth every penny you spend. If the design and quality of armrest can improve a bit, this chair can become on the best price ratio esport chair in the market!

Highly recommended and superb ergonomic chair. Sturdy and stylish, you can tell the design is based on race/sport car seats form and function, the chair is comfortable after the first minute spent seating on it.
The look and finish of Dark Knight makes it now the centerpiece of the room. Plenty of lumbar support for up to 441 lbs, this one will hold for a long time. Compare it to an office ‘ergonomic’ chair designed for 250 lbs support, that goes flat in 2 months, the Dark Knight is a NET SUPERIOR purchase. Purchased the DK because I prefer black on black, but all the other combinations are stylish and eye catching. Very easy to put together in less than 20 minute, on my own. Highly recommended!!

I made the mistake of buying a lower quality gaming chair (as our first ever gaming chair) last year, just because the lower price was appealing to us. Result? Fast forward not even a full year later and the chair offers no support whatsoever anymore and the cheap vinyl covering it has already started to peel off. So, it's back to square one having to spend money AGAIN for a chair. I remembered that I had the opportunity of trying AndaSeat chairs at LAN ETS in Montreal, immediately falling in love with the Dark Knight.. I then felt what a good gaming chair was supposed to feel like. So I gathered the money needed for a chair that I KNEW would stand the test of time AND would survive my heavy build and my very energetic kids. Upon delivery, assembly was VERY much easier than our last experience. The materials used feel EXTREMELY sturdy and this has to be the best purchase our family has made so far this year. It is SO comfortable, it rolls smoothly on pretty much any surface, the reclining options are ON POINT and the pillows (lumbar and head rest) are absolutely welcome by my poor back! We decided to give our previous chair to our daughter so she can have it in her room for drawing/painting and using her laptop. Turns out she barely used it, she'd rather scoot her bed next to her desk to work on it.. We are looking at the Axe Series model to buy her a new chair since she's so fond of our Dark Knight when she comes downstairs to game with her friends.

J'ai donc rassemblé l'argent nécessaire pour une chaise que je SAVAIS résisterait à l'épreuve du temps ET survivrais à ma lourde et costaude carrure mais aussi à mes enfants très énergiques. À la livraison, l'assemblage a été BEAUCOUP plus facile que notre dernière expérience. Les matériaux utilisés sont extrêmement robustes et c'est surement le meilleur achat que notre famille ait fait jusqu'à présent cette année. La chaise est SI confortable, elle roule en douceur sur à peu près n'importe quelle surface, les options d'inclinaison sont PAR-FAITES et les coussins (lombaire et repose-tête) sont absolument les bienvenus par mon pauvre dos! Nous avons décidé de donner notre précédente chaise à notre fille afin qu'elle puisse l'avoir dans sa chambre pour dessiner / peindre et utiliser son ordinateur portable. Il s'avère qu'elle l'utilise pratiquement jamais (par inconfort), elle préfère glisser son lit à côté de son bureau pour y travailler. Nous aimons le modèle Axe Series que nous considérons peut-etre lui acheter puisqu'elle aime tellement notre Dark Knight lorsqu'elle descend au sous-sol pour gamer avec ses amis.

Great COVID-19 home office chair
I'm very happy with the purchase. The full recline is a great feature and used frequently on conference calls. Great support and fully adjustable. The only issue I have with the chair is the plastic covers which attach to the seat back and then are supposed to pressure fit into the circular hole of the hinge on the seat base don't stay within the hinge hole and protrude out. I don't know if this is a design issue or not.

Chair arrived within 48 hours. Very impressive. Assembly was very easy and straight-forward. Took about 15 minutes. Build quality is evident during assembly. Nice heavy structure and good fasteners. No missing parts and things were well packed. I'm a really big guy, 440 lbs, 6'2" so did a lot of research before settling on this chair. I was a little concerned about the bolsters on the seat cushion. They are a little narrower than I would prefer but I believe they will be manageable. The rest of the chair is quite comfortable so far and feels sturdy. The extra back cushions are very comfy and fit well. No squeaks, pops or cracks when in use. Very much hope that it will hold up.

Overall very satisfied. I wasn’t sure about the material used for upholstery but sitting in it for 8hr+ days It stays comfortable and the material wipes clean. I would recommend this chair.
