Return Policy Details

Third-Party Purchases
For purchases made through third-party retailers, we advise customers to refer directly to the respective retailer’s return policy, as our return process applies only to items purchased through our official website.

Return, Exchange, Replacement, and Price Match Process
If a product needs to be returned, exchanged, replaced, or price matched, please follow the steps below:

  1. Initiating a Claim: The customer must contact Anda Seat Customer Service via email, providing proof of purchase and a detailed reason for the request.
  2. Claim Number Issuance: A claim number will be generated and sent to the customer upon receipt of the required documents.
  3. Issue Assessment: Our Warranty Department will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution.
  4. Resolution Agreement: Upon mutual agreement between the customer and Anda Seat, the return, exchange, or price match procedure will be initiated.

Money-Back Guarantee
Anda Seat offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products, excluding special orders.

Customer Responsibilities

  • The customer is responsible for any missing or damaged parts and must either insure the product or assume liability for any loss or damage during return transit.
  • Customers are responsible for all cancellation and freight charges associated with returning a product to Anda Seat.
  • A 10% restocking fee will apply to returns requested after 30 days from the purchase date.
  • A 20% restocking fee will apply to returns requested after 60 days from the purchase date.
  • Returns requested more than 90 days after the original purchase date will not be accepted.

Request Return or Exchange When Product New or Unused and Undamaged

  • Within 30 days from the delivery date based on tracking, if The Customer request to return the product, they need to be disassembled and ship returning items to us in the original package at their own cost.
  • The return must be no damaged, altered or marked, will all have included parts and accessories as originally shipped, along with proof of purchase.
  • There will be no additional restore, admin and inspection charge.
  • Refund will be issued to The Customer via the same payment method used for purchased or at The Customer’s request within 7 business days after product returned.

 

Request Return or Exchange When Product Used and Damaged beyond Control

  • Within 30 days from the delivery date based on tracking, if The Customer request to return the product, it need to be disassembled, repacked into original packaging, and shipped back to the designated facility at their own cost.
  • The damage or defects must not cause by wear and tear, alterations, modifications, improper storage, unauthorized repair, misuse, abuse, accidents, fire, transportation, impact, acts of God, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control, otherwise it will not be approved and covered under Anda Seat Return Policies.
  • Additional fee up to 20% may be applicable based on the condition of the returned good.
  • Return must include any/all replacement parts issued for warranty if applicable.
  • The same amount Anda Seat Credit as purchase will be issued to The Customer for further purchase.
